Guest guest
Hi all, I had a new experience today. I am still actively cleaning now that I hope to move in a few months. I brought work leather gloves to protect my hands and planned to throw out my old computer cases from my LAN. That was about six open metal cases. I verified that the three machines I was keeping all had there covers. Later I found I was wrong. I have four machines I want to keep. And I started dumping the cases, one heavy cover dropped. Inside it said it went to the blue PC. Which is MY PC? Oh-Oh. That was close, I was throwing away MY PC cover. On check of what else I might have hastily dumped I thought I saw another cover I needed. So, as I could do 20 years ago :-D, I tried to heave myself up to jump into the empty garbage bin. Instead, my arm " bent. " Wrongly :-(. I knew I was out of condition but I did not expect that. Maybe not the arm but the wrist over extended. And now about an hour later it is really starting to kill me. What I wonder is this. Is this old age and lack of exercise? I mean, I use to be able to climb stuff. I am just venting about my arm. If it gets worse I won't be able to type easily. Do I use hot or cold on the arm? And as usual for me, it does not hurt until I move the wrist. Caro.
