Guest guest Posted May 23, 2004 Report Share Posted May 23, 2004 Hello! In the past 3 years since I've known about this group, I've only written in several times. For the most part, I'm a lurker. But even from a distance, I've appreciated this group! I have a question. After being in an auto accident last week, my neck has been hurting. The pain is dead center in the back of my neck and it radiates up into the back of my head. The head pain is like a tingling sensation. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the highest), the pain is around the 3 mark. While it is low on the pain scale, it is a concern as it remains the same after a week. I know chiropractic treatment is what would be recommended, but I'm concerned about going to a chiropractor with type 3 (hypermobility ). Has anyone out there dealt with this situation and do you have any suggestions?
