Just popping in to say happy Birthday! I know I haven't been around much.

I've been working full time and after work am usually too tired to do much of

anything except rest. Anyway, have a happy, happy birthday!

Hello, everybody and thanks for the birthday wishes! I've been barely

lurking for a while now, and I'm sure I've lost touch with tons of news

from all you folks. So let me just send everyone a big collective

{{hug}} and howdy!!

Things are great with me, just busy. I've been expanding my work into

Song Midwifery for expectant mothers, eventually also for parents

recovering from perinatal loss and for hospice work. So I've been doing

a lot of studying on psychology of pregnancy, fetal audition and

pre-birth communication, as well as expressive arts therapy and

bereavement work.

Of course that means that I've had to expand the website

(www.voiceborne.com), brochures, business cards, letterhead, healing

arts trade shows, open house this weekend at a yoga center, etc, etc.

Meanwhile the sound healing work (which has yet to get a webpage yet

--another work in progress) is also expanding: sound healing for Reiki,

for yoga instructors, for massage therapists and other bodyworkers.

Very exciting, but it does mean that I've become somewhat of a hermit

lately, nose to the grindstone and all that. However, I *will* be having

a big shindig for my birthday this Sunday, because it's my big 5-0.

Anyone want to drop in??

Healthwise, things are pretty good. For a while, a lot more new places

were subluxing --I had no idea there were so many bones in the feet...

:P But now things have somewhat stabilized. Those spots are still

popping, but at least I'm no longer discovering *new* popping joints, so

I'm counting my blessings there.

So hugs and blessings to everybody. Here's wishing you a happy,

pain-free rest of the summer!

I'd LOVE to drop in Louise, but alas, I used every bit of vacation

on the conference and had to even make up 4 hours at work! But I

wish you a very happy birthday, full of all your favorite things and

favorite people!

Love lana
