Guest guest
Hi All, I have a problem with receeding gums and my dentist has recommended an electric toothbrush, specifically the Sonicare over the Oral B. In doing research on the two I believe the Oral B would be better for my problem as it specifically states it has a pressure sensitive switch to keep you from brushing too hard. Now it is most likely that my receeding gums are due to the EDS but hard brushing (even though I use a soft brush and try not to bush hard) may be at least aggravating the condition. Even if it were only due to hard brushing the most the electric toothbrush would do is keep it from getting worse not fix it. My question to all of you - do any of you have experience with these types of toothbrushes and your gums that you could share? Thank you! Hugs, B.
