wheel chair at the hotel. NOT!!!!!

Hi everyone~~

I wanted to send out a broadcast about wheel chairs at the hotel.

I called well in advanced to have one reserved for me and they were good

enough to do it. They have ONE there all the time that can be used by

visitors but it DOES NOT HAVE FOOT RESTS.

I told them that I just HAD TO HAVE ONE that had foot rests as I am still in

a walking cast most of the time. They said it would be no problem and I

called today just to confirm. They DID get one in especially for me that

does have the foot rests and it is tagged for me only.

It got me to thinking that there might be some of you that assume there will

be wheelchairs available and that IS NOT THE CASE. You need to call them

and ORDER one especially for your use when you are there if you think you

will be needing one.

It would be a good idea if you call them before Friday just so they will

have time to get one in and ear tag it for you.

Hope this helps anyone. Hate to have you get there and not have the

assistance you may need.
