Guest guest
I had both hips resurfaced in September of 2002. I teach Pilates, and do ashtanga yoga regularly. It is a little interesting at times, because i notice, deep inside, that there is a bit of a weakness in the hips, but with full concentration on the muscles, i can progress. There are other types of yoga that i know would be just as beneficial, and that i would be more able to do everything, but strangely, I have chosen this one. Concentration is a must to control muscles, and every session, i smile with a new victory, even if it is ever so small! I began the yoga a year ago, which was seven monthes post op. hugs to all!
