Interesting; they took two vials from her. All she mentioned was H pylori.

What other bacterial conditions/blood condtions would they be looking for

with that much blood?

Thank you for the response Aase Marit :)

We have not received the results and her next appt is not until the 24th.

I, too, wish that this were it. Then we could be done with it. She cries

when she worries over what is going on. It occurred to me when bonnie said

that it was only a drop of blood to find out that they were probably looking

at cancers and other blood diseases (?) I know my daughter has been reading

up on cancer of the gi system and scaring herself.

Lately I have been thinking of advising this daughter to take anti-anxiety

drugs as that seems to be the greatest trigger for her stomach ills. (she

was dxed with reverse motility, chronic gastritis and dumping syndrome in

about 97 and has been on liquid zantec since; though changed to protrinix

(sp) the other day.

Do you happen to know if anti-anxiety meds will be a muscle relaxant? As I

know first hand that muscle relaxants can be more of a curse when taken too

long and it relaxes everything.

Thanks again for the reply.
