Oh Pixie, Pixie, Pixie! She is a philosopher, isn't she? Wise beyond her years:) I love her explanation on fear. How true! Fear doesn't "make sense" most of the time. I hope all the butterflies cooperated and landed on the airport instead of Pixie!love to you allstill chuckling and nodding..... SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Pixie on being afraid, and butterflies...

Pixie (my niece, 3 years old) was scared by a frog in the grass when we were walking through the garden one night, and she said that she was afraid, I said: "But it's just a frog, it's not dangerous, no need to be afraid". She answered: "Sometimes people are afraid of things that are not dangerous, and when someone is afraid, it doesn't matter if it's dangerous or not, they are afraid anyway" Very true, that. Another day we were at the beach, and she wanted to build a sand- airport (mostly because her friend was building one, I think). When we had been building for a while, I said that maybe we'll need some airplanes too. She said, no, this isn't a plane-airport, it's an airport for butterflies. Knowing that she

is a little bit afraid of butterflies (strangely enough), I asked: "Why are we building an airport for the butterflies?" She explained: "Because if they have an airport to land on, they won't have to land on me."Problem solved... love/Reb

Pixie on being afraid, and butterflies...

Pixie (my niece, 3 years old) was scared by a frog in the grass when we were

walking through the garden one night, and she said that she was afraid, I

said: " But it's just a frog, it's not dangerous, no need to be afraid " . She

answered: " Sometimes people are afraid of things that are not dangerous, and

when someone is afraid, it doesn't matter if it's dangerous or not, they are

afraid anyway " Very true, that.

Another day we were at the beach, and she wanted to build a sand- airport

(mostly because her friend was building one, I think). When we had been

building for a while, I said that maybe we'll need some airplanes too. She

said, no, this isn't a plane-airport, it's an airport for butterflies.

Knowing that she is a little bit afraid of butterflies (strangely enough), I

asked: " Why are we building an airport for the butterflies? " She explained:

" Because if they have an airport to land on, they won't have to land on me. "

Problem solved...
