Guest guest Posted April 21, 2004 Report Share Posted April 21, 2004 Hi Guys, 1 part vicodin and 1 part ambien. Only woke up about 5 times, but all in all I'm satisfied!!! And yes, I do have a great guided imagery tape geared toward relaxation and healing that is one of my best tools right now. It's by some lady with a funny last name like Napperstack or something...and I listened to it for about 3 hours til I finally zonked. I heartily reccomend it.I successfully mastered the " non-op " side sleep technique, using a big long " body pillow " . I believe I'm over the hump in the insomnia dept....at least last night I did ok. I over did it on the walking yesterday, so now I gotta lay low and rest. And the " caged aminal " syndrom is an on going battle, but I'm, trying to stay zen and not be my own worst enemy. Buns are aching....gotta go...
