Dr. Mark,

JRI are very organized and professional. But the air in the

building sucks, and the food is deadly. The problem with my stay

there was me. I fought it. didn't take the vicodin, and didn't dope

up at night. 3rd night with out sleep I was up and down the halls

with my crutches yelling " ATTICA.....ATTICA.... " So I suggest you

bring an ample supply of Ambien, and eat your vicodin like a good

boy. I also made the mistake of trying to compare my recovery times

the the belgian speed demons...and that is counter procuctive. I'm

at day 7 now my friend, and I could get by with 2 operated legs

right now...so you'll be scared at first, but t it'll get better

every day. I'll right more later....
