Enlarging dent from steroid?

Hi all;

Quick question...

About a month ago I was given a steroid injection into a tiny sore on my

neck. Dr. 'Butterfingers' missed the first time and had to do it a second.

Within a week it created a dent; about the size of this: **** It has been

about a month and now it is the size of my finger tip. I can tell when I

press on it that there is nothing under the dent; I can actually just touch

the bone through the skin with nothing in between.

I have read on line that sometimes this dent happens but it goes away.

Other sites say that it is sometimes permanent. Is this ever anything to be

concerned about? (I don¹t think I will ever allow them to do another)
