Guest guest
Hi all! Hope everyone is good today! I am a new member here. My daughter has eds and I have no clue on where to start with any of this. I am 29 and have fibromyalgia/cfs, bursitis, and arthritis. I have 2 children-9 and 7, 4 dogs and a husband. I know the pain my 9 yr old is going through, but I can't seem to find proper info on this disorder for her. She has asthma, arthritis, and migrain headaches. She is on Fioricet for her migraines and ibuprophen for other pains, but the ibuprophen doesn't seem to be helping her. The doctors around here(Illinois) don't want to put her on any other medications. Is there anything else I can do for her pain to help her? She has type 3 if that helps. If you have any questions for me, don't be afraid to ask. I am very open with anything, just email me. We could use all the help in the world right now. Thank you all so much! Take care! Hugs!!!! Guest guest
Hello, Welcome. I'm new as well. My oldsest, youngest and I have EDS. We don't know what type. Your lucky that you know what type you have. It makes things so much harder not knowing. I am falling apart and docs can't figure it out....UGH. I don't know what more you can do for your daughters pain. I wish she didn't have to go threw all that. My oldest takes Propranolol for his migrains. So far it works. I hope you find something out soon. I'll keep her in my prayers. HUGGLES, Grace 9 yr old with eds-new Hi all! Hope everyone is good today! I am a new member here.
