In an effort to develop curriculum which is timely, necessary and which also

addresses current and emerging jurisdictional needs, TEEX has developed a survey

designed to solicit your input and suggestions. In this case we are examining

the potential development of a proposed program addressing Planning,

Preparedness and Delivery of Clinical Care related to pediatric patients in an

all hazards manner.

This short,13 question, questionnaire provides participants an opportunity to

direct our efforts regarding the basic need for the course followed by

identifying suggested content and length of the program, among other issues.

Based on what we believe will be positive feedback we will proceed with efforts

to secure DHS approval in order to develop this course for inclusion in the DHS

catalog.

I would encourage you to take the time to complete this survey as well as to

cross post the link to other Associations or pertinent individuals whom you

believe would have a desire to participate in the survey. The survey is

currently open and will remain open until the close of business Tues. 11/16.
