Guest guest Posted January 23, 2002 Report Share Posted January 23, 2002 I think it is in the realm of possibility that some kids could get by with periodic use of enzymes after using them for several months. This may be a case of the enzymes giving the gut time to " heal " or recover functionality. If he seems fine without consistent use of the enzymes, then I wouldn't worry about it. I would still give them to him for large meals, and certainly any obvious problem foods.
