Health Needs Assessments: sharing the CAWHS instrument

- The CAWHS instruments (there are actually three required, plus

the physical exam protocol), have been very kindly provided by

Lighthall of CIRS to all investigators who have requested them. Of

course, both the English and Spanish versions are needed in the

field. We also had to employ a tri-lingual interviewer, who spoke

the preferred language of those indigenous migrants from southern Mexico

and Guatemala who spoke an indigenous dialect.

we can all share the instrument used for this assessment.  I've seen the

report but have not seen the actual instrument used.  We can add/ amend

or delete as needed to meet our different needs.  Is it possible to

obtain this instrument?
