7 days post - stll improving

H all

well here I am 7 days post op. Cant say my relationship with my hip

and knee brace is improving but everything else is definitely

improving. Now up to 1000km per day albeit on crutches + brace, but

am able to walk almost normally without too much pressure on the

crutches. My ROM is already better than pre op but the leg is still

very swollen. Last of the anti-inflamatories today, hospital say I

should no longer need them. We will see how it goes tomorrow.
