Education:                    High School Diploma or General

Education Degree

(GED);          

Experience:                   2+ years related supervisory

experience and/or

training

Age:                             Candidate must be

at least 21 years of age.

Certification(s):              Position requires EMT-Paramedic

certification in

good standing with Texas Department of Human Service.

Requires current: ACLS, ITLS, PALS, GEMS, CPR

With the guidance of the Executive Director and oversight from the NorthStar EMS

Board of Directors, the Operations Supervisor shall provide leadership and

direction to the field and department staff to fulfill the NorthStar EMS mission

and expectations. Promote a positive environment for employee relations through

teamwork and peer driven excellence, reinforce constructive and professional

relationships with NorthStar EMS’s clientele, internal and external. Ability

to

function within a high-stress environment while advocating a mutual

understanding to company’s policies and culture.
