leg length discrepancy

Hello all -

I recently learned for certain via a scanagram that indeed my right leg is a

centimeter (a little less than a 1/2 inch) longer than my left leg. The right

hip is the one that is arthritic and in need of surgery. Does anyone know how,

or if, this can successfully be dealt with with HR?
