Visitation and Funeral Services for Witcher

Visitation for Witcher, LP, will be held on Wednesday from 7-8 PM at

Sorrels Funeral Home in Honey Grove.

Funeral Services will be held at 3 PM Thursday.

HONEY GROVE, TEXAS -

Wayne Witcher, life-long resident of Honey Grove, TX, was called home by

his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on October 24, 2010. , just 55 years old,

died unexpectedly Sunday morning at Medical Center McKinney.

Wayne Witcher was born July 16, 1955 to Wayne and Dorothy Nell

Witcher. not only shared a birthday with his father, but

also with nephew Will. graduated from Honey Grove High School and East

Texas State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree. was an active

member of the Honey Grove Lodge 164 of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons where he

served as Worship Master in 2005-2006. not only loved being a paramedic

but also teaching EMT classes. also had a passion for making custom

handmade knives. He was a member of the Windom Methodist Church and had a strong

faith and love of family and friends.

is survived by his father, W. Witcher, of the home; sisters, Diane

W. Free of Windom, Texas and Dana K. Brown of Colleyville, Texas; nephew, Will

W. Free and of Windom, Texas; and niece, Savannah Free of Windom, Texas.

is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins as well as many

friends, schoolmates, and Lodge brothers. was preceded in death by his

loving mother, Dorothy.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 28, 2010 at 3:00 PM at

-Sorrells Chapel in Honey Grove. Chuck Justice and Gerald will

officiate. Pallbearers will be Lynn , , Joyce,

Blair, Aldridge and B.J. Stallings. Honorary pallbearers are Gaylon Page,

Van Hall and .

The family will receive friends at -Sorrells Funeral Home in Honey Grove

on Wednesday evening, October 27, 2010 from 7:00 – 8:00 PM.
