Three Labwork questions: IC4 lab, Hemogra and Alpha Fetoprotein Tumor marker

Hi all,

I am trying to " translate " Bill old medical records. On of the pages lists

lab-work to be done. I have to list Bills hospital visits for the last seven

years. Most of the records are in " doctor scratch. "

Question 1: This one page says he is scheduled for lab examination.

Sedimentation Rate and Hemogram w/Diff is printed. printed. That was 5/23/01.

What are

those tests for?

Question 2: The next appointment talks about the next visit being 2/26/01 and

has 14 lab tests listed. I see basic lab work stuff plus something called

Alpha Fetoprotein Tumor marker on the list. Then at the bottom of the page they

inked in IC4 lab. For all I know that is a name of the lab :-O.

The hand written notes say 1C4 lab or IC4 lab. Does this mean anything to you

medical experts :-D. I need to determine when someone first noticed his lung

problems ... or not.

Question 3: I also see paper work about him doing exercises for

cervical/scapular PEP PADS. He was told to do exercises 10 times. I wonder is

that was for

his back pain.
