Marc-Physical Therapist with Dr De Smet

Hello all......I am a recent Belgium surfacehippy....all going very well.

When I was leaving Belgium, Marc, the physical therapist who works with Dr De

Smet, gave me a list of physical therapy exercises I ought to be doing when I

returned home. Somehow I misplaced that list. Does anyone have a copy of it? I

would really appreciate it. Thank you all.
