Only in the last couple of years have I had trouble with the cold and winters are usually cold up here. Strange but on both sides of my family, everyone had arthritis, including rheumatoid, and varicose veins. Somehow I manged to escape both of them. So I can't blame the cold on arthritis but my bones ache.

Of course it might help if I'd turn up the heat. When it's comfortable on the main floor, upstairs is freezing. I'm sure the house needs more insulation which it ain't getting from me ... hugs, Cait
