Yet more confusion

After the confusion surrounding my blood test request at the weekend

and the emotion I've felt following the results and diagnoses of the

past few days, I could really have used a nice straight forward day.

LOL - I should have known better though shouldn't I? This morning I

got another letter that has left me feeling concerned and confused.

For some reason I've been sent an appt out of the blue to see

another OS at my local hospital...yet I have no idea why or even

what this guys speciality is! The only thing I have managed to find

out is that he's based at another hosp around 50 miles away, so must

be doing a special clinic when I'm seeing him. The only thing I can

think of is that maybe Mac has set me up with a hand surgeon

referral about my wrist...but I had been under the impression he was

going to wait until after I'd seen Prof for his opinion, so again it

just adds to the confusion!

I really am very puzzled by what is going on now. I appreciate my

docs caring for me and setting stuff up for me, but I'd really like

to know about them before receiving the request or appt out of the

blue! I'm hoping to find out some information from my GP tomorrow if

possible, so I'll let you know what I find out.

Urgh, why is my life never simple?!
