I would like to repsond to some of the posts I have read about JRI.

Perhaps the noise of discontent from some isolated negative

experiences or personal situations has not been properly rebutted by

those us of who have had very positive experiences working with

JRI. With this post it is my intent to balance the scorecard, if

balancing is required.

I am only ten days post op and I am fully aware of the risks I

continue to face. From my first call to JRI I was very impressed

with their responsiveness and committement to provide me with the

information that I required to make my decision. Chuck

personally went out of his way on several telephone calls to educate

me when I knew far less about resurfacing than I do today. He was

kind, patient, knowledgable and extremely helpful to me during this

process. I appreciated this as I am certain that the number of

inquiries related to resurfacing must be overwhelming and far exceed

any reasonably abilty to field such inquiries.

Dr. Amstutz is the best. I am amazed at the pace this man maintains

and his committment to his patients. I always felt like I was in

great hands and fully trusted the decision I made and I never looked

back. He has been available to me whenever I needed him and he has

personally called me several times knowing I made a long trip home

the day I was released from the hospital. As we attempted to

connect on the telephone I felt guilty that he was using his

valuable time to contact with me when his some of his prospective

patients needed him more than I did at this juncture.

For those keeping track, please put my response in the ringing

endorsement column for JRI, their staff and doctors. A big thanks

for my new hip.
