MargaretPlease call your doctor! I think you need some prednisone or solumedrol. It sounds like you are having trigeminal neuralgia. When I have TN it helps to take oral prednisone. Hi Everyone, I have been in a lot of pain four the last couple of weeks. It is on my right side of my faces. It just hurts a lot. I have been using ice packs during the day ans at night a pain pill.
