waiting for Dr. Mont to call

Hello, All:

I have participated to some small degree in this group for the few months.

I have an appointment to see Dr. Mont in Baltimore in late May, but I sent

him my xrays at the beginning of April. I've been calling his office every

week to see if he's looked at them; I'm told by various people that they

will put me on his " call " list, but so far I have not had any phone calls

to say that I look like a candidate for resurfacing or a reject. I live

far from Baltimore, so I really don't want to go down there at great

expense only to find out that I'm not a candidate; more than that, I worry

about how easy it will be to make contact with him after surgery, if I go

to him. I've also had the impression that his office staff is not the most

organized. These may be false worries and misimpressions, but I would

welcome hearing from anyone in the group on these matters if they've used

Dr. Mont. Feel free to respond to my email address rather than the

group's.
