Hello everyone!!!

I have recently taken the BIG step and started Paramedic School I have been in

EMS for 7 yrs and finally decided to take that step. I am trying to study as

much as possible for my medic and test myself as much as possible. Now I have

done the questions in the book as we go along and I have done the workbook as we

go along. The question I have is...Does anyone know of where I can get more

material to quiz myself with? I am looking for like worksheets or other tests.

Any and all help will be GREATFULLY APPRECIATED!!! We are using the Essentials

of Paramedic Care Second Edition Update. I eagerly await yalls replys!!!

Tests/Study Guides:

This is REALLY useful. Kind of outdated, but I think it's a good, free tool,

given to me compliments of Cute Medic.

http://highered.mcgraw-hill.com/sites/0072495855/student_view0/ Good A&P

website, compliments of my own Paramedic instructor.

Books:

EMT-Paramedic Interactive Flashcards Book (Book + CD)

Barron's Paramedic Exam

JB Learning is definitely good; however, when studying for my EMT I greatly

preferred LearningExpress, which is probably what I'll use for the Paramedic

Test, too. It wasn't intimidating, and it coached me in other areas which I

think led to my overall success in actually taking the exam, such as eating a

balanced diet and getting my sleep schedule hammered out for two weeks before

going in to take the NR, making sure I knew where I was going, and pacing

myself.

Also, some... resources (Not study guides, but useful as you might not have gone

over it in-depth):

http://www.rhmedicclass.com/index.php/pediatric-ekg-differences/

http://pedi-u.com/

Good luck, and tell me how it goes and what ultimately works for you!
