I would agree there, but also, the patient MUST be closely observed because

the very presence of the large bladder both increases the chances of

inducing a gag reflex AND reduces the chances that a small to moderate bolus of

vomitus will be observed....potentially leading to a significant aspiration.

(and yes, I know that there is supposed to be a seal around the epiglottis

.....)
