I live in Washington state and I'm looking to get resurfaced. Has

anyone had experiences with Dr. Sparling in Vancouver Washington? Did

health insurance cover it?? Also, has anyone had hip resurfacing in

Dresden University Hospital? How about in Thailand?? Thanks for any

replies.Pete
