Guest guest
Here is another note from Sis..it's from the doctor who did the tests, the nephrologists. Hello, I had seen Boggs in my renal clinic for hypokalemia. I discussed results of blood and urine tests with . Her S.K is 3.4meq/dl which is very close to normal range. I beleive hypokalemia is secondary to florinef use which is confirmed by her 24hr urine tests. My advice to her was... 1.Monitor home BP for a week and if hypertensive, decrease the dose of florinef. 2.Continue potassium supplements. 3.Decrease sodium intake. I sent her a copy of lab results. Sis did ask Dr. Francomono to monitor her BP while in Baltimore. Love Lana 0:-)
