Hi all,

My new social worker introduced me to Soymilk. It comes in apple, orange and

pineapple. It is for those who are lactose intolerant.

As far as I know I am < > lactose intolerant. But I did try this new

product and it made my messed up GI system purr. It was so good I was craving

it.

And later brought three more boxes. Each box has 4 servings of 240 ml.

So before I overdose on the stuff or get constipated or diarrhea ... some

comments please. It is rare I find a drink that to me is so good, I actually

crave it. It is very high calcium. So, I know that is good. The product is cheap

too. I found at the dollar store.

The product name is:

Fengar

Soy Beverage

Lactose Free

It comes without being cold in a Tetra Pak.

Total fat 1 g

Cholesterol is 0

Sodium 60 mg

Potassium 120 mg

Fiber 1 g

Sugars 20 g

Protein 3 g

Vitamin A 0%

Vitamin C 60%

Calcium 20%

Iron 2%

The form of calcium is calcium lactate

Thanks,

Caro
