OT: I left and osteo update - medicaid question?

HI all,

After 10 days in the hospital in NC I packed up my things and moved to Pa

with my Dog and went to my Mom's house. My husband was going to come with me

however he got arrested in NC for DUI and the state confiscated our Tracker

which

really makes me mad because it is the only car that my wheelcair fits in and

we bought it cash for an investment or so we could sell it and use the cash..

Anyway a moving truck is suppossd tp come on Wednesday. Some of the stuffis

going to my Mom's and some to storage. I just don't know where the storage

place

Craig set up is! Anyway tomorrow I am going to try to get medicaid. I think I

should get it since I get SSI. A social worker says to ask for them to fast`

track it since I need to be on home IV's for my osteomyelitis. I am

embarrassed to say I slept till 3PM today. I am still not recovered from being

in the

hospital. I am going through a tough time but I made Craig sign a contract to

come to my MOm's and he broke the first two before the truck was even packed. No

driving since he has no licence and no drinking so I told him I have to

protect my MOm and myself and he can't come. I have no idea what will be coming

in

the truck but I have hired my 16 year old nephew and his friend to do the

moving for me. I do love the old Craig but not the one that alcoholism turned

him

into. He refused to take me to the hospital two weeks ago . I went to our

local hospital and then they transfered me to a place where they had a HUGE

ortho

unit . I had emergency surgery that night to take out the hardware and start

IV antibiotics. They wanted me to go to a nursing home but I couldn't handle

that.

I am currnetly living in Holland Pa. If anyone knows anyone out here who is a

dog lover. I am looking for back up care for when I need to go back into the

hospital. They told me anywhere between 3 - 17 surgeries. Jake is a great dog

and fit's in anywhere.

Also if anyone can give me info on what medicaid will cover - like home iv's?

I'd appreciate it.

I am praying for everyone.
