My waking day began at 2:10 a.m, my working day at 3:30, so tell me if I'm past my prime in this, and tell me to shut up, if you will... but I think there are observations to be made here. I first came to the 'surfacehippy' group in late March (or perhaps early April); and when I arrived, we were 1256, as I think I recall. ( might have a better count) This (early) morning, as I checked in, we were 1404. This seems like progress to me. Everytime I log in, it seems, the number of us has grown again. As I leave you with that thought for the evening, I offer this one, as well. Alive, or in virtual and e-contact, I don't believe I've ever encountered such a consistently aware, literate, kind and helpful group as I've found here over the past few months. (And I do envy you the ability to WRITE Spanish better than I had ever hoped even to speak it.) Thank you all for being there... and helping the rest of us believe we had choices, and some control over our medical destiny. Hobble on Hippies..
