Hello, me again; rethinking insurance...

What is the process of asking insurance agencies about a pre-existing

condition and coverage for it? Also; if they take one member of the family

with that condition, will they need to take the entire family? Aren't there

certain states that don¹t allow pre-existing conditions regardless of the

company?
