Raised toilet seat height?

Preparing for surgery in 2 weeks, and I'm having trouble measuring the

hip joint angle resulting from the raised toilet I've got. It gives

an extra 5 " (12 cm.) of lift, for a total of 19.5 " (50 cm) off the

floor. I'm 5'9 " tall (1.75 m).

Anyone know an easy way to determine the resulting joint angle (which

I understand should be no less than 90-100 degrees, for the recovery

period).
