Mine is more like crunching than popping, but I suppose you're probably right in that my body is talking to me...and I'm trying to avoid having the conversation. I talked to the CIGNA pre-determination of benefits folks on Wednesday. They said my request was in the final stage of review and they'd be sending notice in three to five business days, so...I'm hoping to know by next Thursday. Whatever I hear will be posted.
