From time to time, I post a bunch of clinical trials for anyone that may be

interested., I remember ages ago, that I found several Ultram studies in

Canada - but they weren't called that, they were not labelled in terms of

the medication. However, I called some and two locally were Ultram at the

time. I went to see what I could come up with in your region and found

Center Overview

Inova Health Research, Inc. is an independent medical research clinic that

works collaboratively with major pharmaceutical companies and other medical

research clinics in Canada and throughout the world. The clinic was founded

in December 1998 by Dr. Lee Rasmusen in Kelowna, the business hub of the

Facility Description

Inova Health Research Inc. is located on the 3rd floor in Kelowna's newest

medical building. Our 2600 sq.ft. facility has a fully equipped lab,

examination rooms, private offices and a locked and temperature monitored

medication room. A newly opened MRI and pharmacy are located in the same

building with X-ray and Ultrasound services located in the adjoining

building.

Investigator Experience

The Principal Investigator is Dr. Lee A. Rasmusen, M.D., F.R.C.P.©

Psychiatry; Board Certified, American Board of Psychiatry &

Neurology-Psychiatry.

Dr. Rasmusen has 10 years experience as Principal Investigator and worked as

Sub-Investigator with Dr. M. Ferguson at Pharmacology Research

Corporation in Salt Lake City, Utah from 1995 - 1998 and with Dr. Robin

Reesal at Western Canada Behaviour Research Centre, Calgary, Alberta from

1992 - 1995.

He has been invited to be a presenter for a variety of mental health

organizations, and Pharmaceutical companies.

Staff Expertise

Full Time Registered Nurse/Study Coordinator, with 30 years experience in

nursing, management and clinical trials.

Part Time Registered Nurse/Study Coordinator, with 20 years experience in

nursing and clinical trials.

Full Time Research Assistant with 10 years experience in health care, 4

years in print media and management.

Full Time Administrative Assistant who is a fully qualified MOA and several

years experience in radio advertising.

The Principal Investigator has a private practice in psychiatry, and is

affiliated with the local hospital.
