I've tried several electric toothbrushes -- they're all too much for my gums.

I find myself coming back to the " Extra Soft " manual brushes (usually they're

children's brushes) after a couple of weeks every time I try one.

BTW, I bought a GermTerminator, which is essentially an autoclave for

toothbrushes. You put your toothbrush (or the brush head of an electric) in, add

about an ounce of distilled water, and they get steam-sterilized. Reportedly

eliminates 99.9999% of bacteria, even hours later. (Evidently, even most NEW

brushes are contqaqminated....ick...)
