gonna keep this short hoping the "long" post I sent will show up here.

Sharon you are right to be miffed about meds. I take thyroid meds also and my doctor tried to adjust my dosage, i say they tried i'm like you do not mess with Terri's meds. Take the T3, 4 and also the TSH and if I agree I might listen to you. Dry skin, constipation, and fatigue factor is part of my equation too.

Then I let my common sense, training (nursing). I'm allergic to iodine my symptoms vary between stomach pain, rash all over, also Hives internal and external depends how much iodine I get. hard to keep track do you guys realize iodine is so hard to stay away from.

have a MRI, or CT scans, etc. need to be aware thankfully they are getting better and I tell them my issue and after they use the contrast and they get good images they add benedryl and ativan thru the IV site and off I go to sleep. Have to make sure I have a driver available.

This is getting long and paranoid i'll lose this post.

hugs

Terri

TerriYou do understand my predicament, don't you? I have extremely dry skin and constipation is a constant battle for me. When they "tested" my thyroid level they did the basic test but not the more specific tests. I will have to call tomorrow to see what can be done.hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product.
