Guest guest
For any newbies on the list, the points referred to by Mark and Barb are on the outside of the arm by the elbow. Bend your arm. Find the crease between the upper and lower arm on the outside of the arm. Roughly 1-2 finger widths from the end of the crease on a line toward the tip of the elbow is where you will find the point. If you are " in need " of the point, it will be tender to the touch, so just press around in the general area until you find a tender spot. Then simply press into that tender point with medium pressure and hold the pressure. It usually will take between 5-10 minutes for " relief " to occur. It is very effective, as can be attested to, by a whole bunch of people on the list. It is most effective if you use it at the first sign that you are " in distress. " Effectivness also increases if you use it regularly as preventative maintenance. Don't wait until you need to call Roto Rooter before using it.
