49 year old male

Headache, numbness and weakness to left side (arm and leg), no facial drooping.

Nausea comes and goes. MRI and CT both clear. History of HTN and high

cholestorol.

Numbness and weakness carrying on for at least 2 days but improved to the point

that patient could walk unassisted.

Questions? Thoughts?

Any help appreciated.
