Insurance Appeals Database

Don't post often but have been on site since March and read daily. I

was wandering if there is a file or database of information regarding

insurance appeals information. I have read that some of you have

been successful with appeals and other have not. I know it best to

leave the insurance up to the OS staff, however, if there were

information that we could turn to here on the best things to say on

appeals and studies to use as examples of the success of resurfacing

it might just help some others get resurfaced.

If there is not a file or database of insurance appeals information,

perhaps someone can make it happen.
