Hi Folks,

My name is Tom Bayuk. I was diagnosed with MS in 1984. At that time there were no drugs...fortunately. I went to a doctor in Germany that was having significant success treating MS "Naturally"...fortunately once again. He had a protocol involving exercise, stretching, vitamin & mineral supplements and the avoidence of dairy products, sugar, chemicals and possibly gluten. His name was Dr. Hans Neiper, sadly he passed away several years ago.

Most Western doctors including neurologists are remiss in treating MS. All of the "Crab" drugs are marginal at best and may do more harm than good. The only exception is Copaxone which has shown of some help at at least does no harm.

Needless to say, I am very much anti-drug however, there is one exception and that is Low-Dose-Naltrexone. I have been taking 4.5mgs each night since July 8, 2004 with no progression of my MS. I am a strong believer in good nutrition, alternative medicine with a good alternative MD.

There is much that one can do to help themselves. I have written three books about MS. 1- Coping and Prevailing. 2. 20 Years and Still Coping and Prevailing and 3. The Things That We Don't Talk about...or ...You Better Smile Through the Tears.

They can all be previewed at www.thomasbayuk.com ......If one with MS cannot afford to pay for a book.....send me your mailing address and I will send to you.

Best wishes,

Tom Bayuk
