No cane! At least for part of the day

So when I woke up this morning, I decided to try the day out with no cane.  I wasn't having any actual trouble with my leg this morning when I made my decision.  I knew that I may have to fall back on it.  I spent a good chunk of the day lying down because I still don't feel very well.  My wrist and shoulder problems continue on, despite the fact that my UTI should be almost completely gone.  So, hubby decides it's my first day off the cane, could I please make dinner?  I can't blame him because he's been doing dinner for four days now.  So I made quesadillas - no stress on my left arm, just warm the chicken up on the stove, put the quesadillas together and throw them in the oven for a few minutes.  Well, except I forgot to pre-heat the oven....and my dog was hoping for chicken to drop so he was underfoot.  So I guess maybe I was up at the stove maybe 20 minutes, but evidently that was all it took.  The spasming is back all up and down my left leg, and this started AFTER I had taken a flexeril and a painkiller because of my wrist and shoulder.

At least I got a few good hours out of it, even if it was just sitting.  I don't cook tomorrow night (I'm making hubby go back to every other night without me " making up " the nights I missed) so maybe I'll last all day tomorrow.  Although we are going out to get our hair cut and pick up some other things.
