Well it finally happened! I needed my wife to assist me in putting

on my sock this past weekend. I am waiting for insurance to approve

my resurface and my rom continues to digress. I have often heard

many of you speak of a device that assists with putting socks on

after your resurfaces. I went to a drug store and they did not know

what I was talking about. Is there a name of the device that I can

ask for so I can purchase it? Any help would be great.

Also, I am not sure if it was this site or not, but several months

ago there was a picture of an x-ray of a guy who had a resurface on

one hip and a total hip replacement on the other. I thought it a

great visual to show when appealing an insurance denial and raising

the questions, which device would you prefer? If anyone can tell me

where to find this pic I would appreciate it.

Finally, on or about Friday April 23, 2004 some &$%&@# posted a

message Mont's a hack-beware. Today I was checking write's medical

stock price and there was a gloomy message from a person calling

themself Nose_Bones. This rang a bell as the person who posted the

Mont is a hack message but I am not sure. Does anyone remember this

post and who originated it? If it is the same person they really

have it out for the C+ or resurfacing. I went back but could not

find the original post nor could I find my reply. Is this common to

delete messages from site?
