Knee Pain, Where do I turn ??

Hello,

I have a bad knee and a real bad hip both are on my left side and

both are from arthritis. My left hip is almost frozen and my knee

really bothers me if I do very much. I'm 43 and very active. Can

anyone tell me if there is a site as good as this one for knee

problems / solutions.
