Anyone Have Unicare as an Insurer?

I have Unicare as my health insurer. They just denied my request for

bilateral resurfacing. The reason given was the implants are not

approved by the FDA. Does anyone have any experience with this

insurer? I have read many posts about appeals but have never read

one where the decision was changed.

I am scheduled for surgery on Sept. 10 so any input would be greatly

appreciated.
