The Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Office of Emergency Medical

Services Trauma System Coordination (OEMS/TS) announces the availability of the

Local Projects Grant Request for Proposal (RFP) Questions and Answers (one

through fifteen). The LPG RFP is currently posted on the Texas Electronic State

Business Daily (ESBD). Questions and Answers are under the title " Package 3 " at

3 " ). The deadline for submission of proposals is 2:00 PM, CDT on May 18, 2011.
