Guest guest
Avosoy sounds like a great product and I must see if it is available in Australia. I was taking Glucosamine and also tried Glucos +chondroiton, both of which gave me a most uncomfortable stomach so gave it up. However, I would like to try something again. My fingers are so stiff and sore at the moment. Joyce, I havent had the muscle cramps in my legs but I have certainly had the lower back aches, very badly over the weekend which my physio atributed to stiffness and using long forgotten muscles. Maybe I was too energetic in digging the garden, vacuuming etc etc etc !!!!! Can you give me Dr Theo's website please... I think it will make very interesting reading. I'll look up avosoy on teh web also and see what I can find out. I sounds great! Regards Kay L BHR 23 /4/04 Joyce Graves sungold518@...> wrote: Dear folks. I just wanted to tell you about my experience with the supplement Avosoy. I ordered a 30 day supply and took it every day. I did believe that it was making a significant difference in pain. I ran out of it and haven't ordered more and now, 5 days later, I have a significant increase in aches and pains. While taking the Avosoy, I was able to do all kinds of physical labor, felt amazingly fit, and took no ibuprofen. The " day after " doing a very physical project/chore, I was not at all stiff or sore. Yesterday, I went boating, walked around the town of Bath, Maine, etc. Not only do I have aches & pains today, but yesterday it was difficult to walk any distance without lower back pain and leg/hip muscles seizing up. So -- this is not at all scientific, but I'm going to order more Avosoy and see what happens. Joyce (Dr Gross, LHR, 2/2/04) p.s. Do you all have this muscle seizing thing? Do your muscles cramp up when you're walking? I have no joint pain, but these **#@! muscles are driving me nuts. sungold518@...
