This does appear to sound like classic MS, possibly with optic neuritis--the lastsymptom, the optic neuritis, may go away on its own. Wishing you the very best!Love,n, wMS, diagnosed at age 19; I am now 74+1 month, 9 days!Subject: Possible multiple sclerosisTo: MSersLife Date: Saturday, July 16, 2011, 12:46 PM

Hi I was referred to a neurologist because I was having these symptoms

Blurred vision/double vision

Eye pain

Muscle spasms in arm and legs at night

Slurred speech

Forgetfulness

Muscle weakness

Stiffness

Choking on food

Symptoms made worse by heat

My neurologist sent me for an MRI scan of brain and whole spine( waiting on results) then I have to go for a lumbar puncture if nothing shows on the scan but my neurologist would not tell me what she suspects it is, if anyone that suffers from MS could yous give me opinion if it sounds like MS thanks
